    Default Easy 1940s hairstyles for waist-length hair? Going to the WW2 museum in NO this Sat

    So I thought about styling myself reasonably congruently, to have some fun but not go over-the-top with it. I don't see how to add a pic, or I'd show you one I found that I'll default to if something better doesn't catch my interest. So would any of you have interesting suggestions?

    I'm thinking either victory rolls or a kerchief tied like Rosie the Riveter.
    Hair is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans.

    30s and 40s are my fashion loves. This website 1940s-hairstyle-copy-the-top-hairdos-of-1941 has some great original material to be inspired by.

    This pony is like one of my everyday go-tos and I can do it in about one minute (okay, maybe two!):
