Default Is it possible to "develop" a protein sensitivity?

You know, like some people develop allergies to things?

My hair was fine with protein until last month. Now it gets very angry with me when I use even the tiniest bit. I have a good five bottles of V05 that are going to gather dust.

Will this eventually go away? Maybe with my next all-over chemical color?

Just give it some time. Your hair has had enough protein and that's why it acts "angry". It means protein overdose. Use something else for a while and your hair will be fine
