    Default Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate?

    Hey everyone

I was looking in my local health food shop the other day, and all its shampoos contain the ingredient called Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, and I was wondering if this is good for your hair? Is it better than Sodium Laureth Sulfate?

    It's a variation of it.
Some people are allergic to it and break out, which is what happens to me. I don't like hardcore chemicals like that. It's up to you if you use it or not.
