    Pea protein patty with bread, cheese and mayo. Cherry tomatoes and baby carrots. Yogurt. Walnuts. Chicken sauce (with cream, feta, onion, pineapple, bell pepper) and rice. One banana. Water, tea and supplements.

    Sweet potato and some white fish. A banana or two, don't remember. Green tea and supplements.

    Just had some leftover sweet potato and boiled eggs, and some more green tea.

    Chicken sauce (with cream, feta, onion, pineapple, bell pepper) and rice. Toast with cheese. Yogurt. Some cheese and garlic french bread. Water, tea and supplements.

    Scrambled eggs with nettle, tomatoes and toast. A banana. Smoothie (mango, pear, plain yogurt). Pizza! Water and tea.
