I think once a day is enough.
I only use a wooden comb once in a while when I have a headache, it's somehow stress releaving. I can't use oils either as a leave-in cause of my headaches, I'll often just rinse them off quickly which is such a pest with curly hair. I wish I had straight hair so I could brush more aswell : P
Typically once a day, in the morning when I’m smoothing it before putting it up. But sometimes twice a day if I feel like giving my hair some extra attention at night.
Grow grow grow, where it stops no body knows.
For years I've just finger combed right after showering, but I've recently started using a Denman styling brush instead and I really like it! If I brush my hair when dry it just gets poofy, and breaks more than when combing/brushing it wet.
I try not to brush it too much so I won't damage it. I brush about twice a day and each time is fairly brief.
When I go up, after washing it, once more before going to school, twice more if I have pe in school, when I get home, before I'm going to bed and sometimes in the afternoon![]()
If I'm wearing my hair down I brush it throughout the day as it tends to get stringy. Otherwise, tangle teaser after shower, brush dry hair when styling a brush it at night with bbb
