Is anyone still doing this long term? If so how is it working? I might want to try this when I run out of shampoo.

I am still on it, but as with everything else that I am doing with my hair, it is best to use it occasionally Otherwise as lately I will get some trouble with dandruff, I seem to be needing to wash my scalp with shampoo once in a while. I get best results when I use rye flour wash about every second or third wash.

Lets see how long this little lump can get. Viva la natural!

Thanks! Maybe I'll try it before I run out of shampoo then.

I am also wondering how using flour instead of shampoo is working out for you.. for me it was so much mess, impossible to wash out, LOT of shedding but surprisingly voluminous nice hair.. though with consistent use i would worry about clogged drain and losing more hair
