I just put my sleeping braid in a bun, whenever I'm lazy. And thats at least once a week, but probably more often

Definitely! One of the reasons I enjoy long hair, is because I can get away with doing less with it, than shorter hair

Like today when I put my hair up in a nautilus bun and thought, "why should I bother with a hairstick, when my hair is long enough to stay up on its own?", and so the hairstick remained in my pocket unused.

Don't know if my hair is thicker or courser than yours, but I can do real headbangs and shake my head sideways violently without a problem.
