I haven't cut since November I did get about 2 inches of pixie-mullet layers cut off last autumn, though.

I'm not really looking but I think maybe three? My husband says one which makes me think...yeah, it's three

Out instead of down! OUT INSTEAD OF DOWN. Baaargh. It would probably look longer if I didn't wear it up all the time, as letting it down just now for a pic it obviously has huge waves in it from the clip. But still!

I KNOW it was WL before, I KNOW it will be again, but seriously. Entire worlds have formed, lived and died since my hair was shoulder length, it feels like. I hate this stupid stage!!

I feel as if I could have written what you said, here. I have made it to mid-back before, starting from a down to the wood chop, so why is this shoulder phase never-ending?

Today was to be my measure day, but instead I am going to wait until the end of the month. I don't want to be disappointed, and I will, if there hasn't been any progress in the last month. The truth is, if I let myself get discouraged I may turn to the scissors, this has happened in the past.

I want to enjoy this length and try to stay positive........but like you said, Neosi......"I hate this stupid stage!!"

Nesoi I really feel your pain. I called shoulder last July. I've been here nearly a YEAR and am still not there, wahhhh. I've got rid of a few layers though.

I'm glad it's not just me feeling the pain of 'this stupid stage' It does just seem to take absolutely forever!! Chin to shoulder seemed to zoom by, but now I'm stuck on slow-motion. Le sigh!

The waves are lovely! And you appear to be looking upwards in your March pic and downwards in today's pic which probably makes it look less.

I have about 1 inch to go, maybe less when it's straight(ish) like today..... aaaand I'm off to clean my bathroom mirror.

Thanks! I assure you I'm lookg straight ahead in both pics. The wave pattern in the first and the crappy light in the second makes it look otherwise, but I am rigorous about looking straight forward!
