    They will ruin your natural hair and growth. And they never, ever look real imho.

    I would not consider them. When I was in my teens, I got two strands - clip-ins - from a "dollar" store, they were white and blonde. I used to clip them underneath my top hair and then braid my hair, it would show the different color prettily in my braid. But they felt alien and heavy to me. I guess they could be considered as what is known as paranda in LHC terms.

    There's some little bugger sitting on my shoulder, whispering into my ear cut your hair to APL, maybe even SL, it will be more manageable and thicker-looking.
    So yesterday I actually googled haircuts suitable for thin, fine hair. Good thing is, the fashion websites no longer push only pixies and bobs on us. And every website had at least one or several examples of long (WL or HL) blunt cuts listed as suitable for thin, fine hair. And I thought: hey, what a pretty hair that is! Ladies (models) looked like delicate, ethereal fairies with straight, flowing, thin hair. And then I remembered, wait, I have this hair! So I shoved that little bugger off my shoulder.

    I couldn't help myself to share this with you
    She is a Polish haircare blogger and her Instagram account is dedicated to fine hair.
    I started following her a few days ago.

    *You can love taking care of your hair and it doesn't need to look perfect
    * Don't compare yourself to others. There will be always someone who has thicker, more dense, more luscious and healthier hair.
    *Give yourself some grace if you're sick. Hair needs time to grow back.
    * Give yourself some grace if your hair is fine by nature.
    * Give yourself some grace if you damaged your hair by improper care. Life is a journey, you cannot know everything at once.
    * Give yourself some grace if you're tired and don't feel like washing your hair.
    * Play with haircare because this world is fascinating
    * Just admit that you get a kick out of shampoo and brush and don't hesitate to collect them like stamps.
    * Hair can be a great way of taking care of your health.
    * Hair is a community of women, our strength and beauty, our wisdom and health.
    * You have great hair.
    Remember that.
