Yes, yes it is. But eerr.. I also have good genes I guess? My mum's hair grows crazy fast too, always have been, even before we both began eating more healthy. But I don't set people on fire just to let my hair grow quickly!

Hello everyone, I'm new here :-) I reached shoulder last month, and I had DBF measure last week and he says I have almost 5.5" to APL. I do 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off of 10,000 mcg biotin and I also do my best to take my thyroid pill. I have about 1.25" of roots since I last dyed in early February. I started the 7 days of the Inversion Method last night so I am hoping that will get me some extra growth.

Welcome phalanxx! 5.5 inches is a fair way but sounds like you are making good progress already. I can only dream of 1.25 inches in 6 weeks, amazing.

I know, I'm a bit flabbergasted! :-) It's gotta be the biotin…especially since I had norovirus at the end of February and I barely ate for a week. Have you tried biotin?

I take vitamin b complex every day and adding biotin made me feel sick... I think I'd rather stick to boring slow growth & not feeling sick It tends to speed up for me as summer approaches, anyway.

Just curious, what time of the day do you both take your supplements/vitamins? I've always done mine with dinner because that's the only time that I know I'll be eating a full and balanced meal typically...no nausea for me. Does it matter if you take them morning/afternoon/night? I take 7500 mcg of biotin daily.

I take mine in the morning, with breakfast. I take 10000 mcg. I tried just the 5000 and it wasn't giving me any difference. I wonder if splitting up the dose (like 5000 in the morning and 5000 at night) would make a difference? Just thinking out loud :-)
