On wash day it's down, to dry, as I only air dry (no heat). Other than that, I only let it down when we go "to town" for shopping, or when we go out to dinner. When I sleep it's down but always in 2 braids, so it doesn't become a tangled mess. The majority of my waking hours it is up in a bun. I'm a farmer, caring for lots of chickens and dairy goats. My hair is now down to my butt and it would constantly be in my way if it wasn't up.

I let my hair out when I'm going out... except for gym, grocery shopping etc.
