    Your hair is so stunning, and you have inspired me to try and accept my natural waves! We have very similar hair and are at the same current length, so it's really wonderful for me to have a hair idol!

    If you don't mind sharing, how do you do the SMT and AVC rinse? I know everyone has slightly different methods, and I've still been trying to make these treatments work for my hair.

    Thank you for posting! You truly have the most glorious hair I've seen in a very long time!
