Just wanted to say that I've seen your growth and also thought it was a lot of growth, and very pretty! I had to say that when researching diet for growing hair, I've added milky tea and coffee (and with butter), paté and a little more fruit and lots of protein to my diet and get around 1 cm (0.4 inch) per week of growth now! I figured this out due to my lack of vitamin A & D in my diet and found those foods as whole foods with easily absorbable vitamins because they are fat soluble. And now I saw your comment about these type of foods and you also had an amazing growth rate, so it seems to really help, not just for me.
Wanted to mention this as it might help others too!

It's amazing that pate, milky tea and fruit did it for both of you. I admire the fact that you assessed your diet re vitamins and then added the ones you needed in. I must be short of a vitamin or two - definitely iron.
ETA - I went and made myself a milky tea after reading this![]()

Finally finished growing out natural colour!
I don't know if I'm short on vitamins or anything, I just eat what I really like often haha. I'm amazed that someone else has the same results(I could never get behind butter in tea/coffee :P But I get enough butter from other things it's okay). Maybe we should market this butter/milky tea/pate/apple as a hair growth secret. I got 5 more pounds of apples to eat though, Let's hope for a growth spurt!
