Schnibbles, how beautiful! An orchid bun? Will have to google!

I thought of posting here because I finished my WEO challenge a while ago

Today a bun with a vivid green maple Burl barette, and supported with 3 mini spin pins

This is beautiful but it kind of baffles me. Did you make the bun and then place the barette on top, grabbing a small piece of hair?

My hair is just getting to the length where I can do bun-like things but not actual buns. This one kind of starts like a french twist, twisted back on itself. I call it the Twisty Lump Bun.

Hooray! It's a milestone! This is how a lot of our first buns start out before we have the length for more. It won't be long before you can do your first cinnabun!
