Just trimmed back to BSL, so here is my length now...:

Going to stay away from trimming for the rest of the year, wish me luck! It proved to be more addictive than I thought

My layers are nearly gone now, and I have almost only the natural taper left to battle..

Just spoke with a lady at work today who told me that where I have thought waist is (just on top of curve at hip) is actually not waist, but just under my rib cage is waist. I think I struggled with this awhile ago too, but keep defaulting back to my old way of thinking. Anyway, took a new photo today with a scarf marking the "proper waist" according to her. Is she right?

Just measured-a little late this month, but I trimmed last month, so I didn't want to be disheartened by only a tiny ammount of growth.

But, I have another half inch! I am now a solid 28.5, after an approx 4/5mm trim (mixing units there, sorry!!) so I've actually grown much more!

Hoping this is the start of a summer spurt.

I dunno about the measuring folks. Sometimes I get 28", then I get 27.5 and then 27 ... oh, and once I got 29 .... SO HOW LONG IS MY HAIR REALLY?

I have weird temperamental wavy hair (2a that sometimes goes 2b and has been known to even go 1c) and I just can't get a proper measurement. I guess I should ask DH to do it for me.

So, I have reached 28", 1 more inch to waist. I cannot wait to get there and start maintaining as my ends seem to be getting thinner and thinner. If i was brave i would cut up to BSL as that would get rid of most of the layers and damage.
