Just an idea, Nefcerka, but at times when I have wanted something to sit in my hair, I have, multiple times now, turned off the water and cleaned the shower while I waited, or something similar that takes minimall drying and movement, but feels productive without being an excessively long time waiting. But that might still be more time/energy than you want to put into it.

That's actually a great idea, thank you!

I do the same thing! My tub drains slooooooowly so it takes a lot of work to keep soap scum from building up anyway. . . might as well work on it when I've got conditioner in.

If you don't mind me asking, does cassia obovata leave some sort of blonde tint on hair, even without using any mild acid for dye release? If so, does the color possibly build up, by repeated use? Thank you very much

That depends on your natural hair color. If your hair is dark, you will likely not notice a difference. However, if your hair is light, the golden tint might build up, but that again depends on how often you wash and what shampoo you use (harsh or mild). For me, the golden tint fades after about two weeks, so I'd have to use cassia more often than once a month to keep it.

Thank you very much! And do you use lemon juice or something acidic in your cassia mix? Or some rinse (chamomile, catnip,..).

I am a fan of Giovanni Direct Leave-In. It's the only one I've bought more than once. I've never found it in a store though, always had to order online.
