You feel the urge for change:
No,only the last few layers have to grow out.

Do you like shorter styles?
I like some short styles,but not on me

What could be a reason for you to cut?
To get rid of the bleached parts.

And what reason do you have to keep it long?
I loved long hair when I was young and I stil love it!

How long have you been growing? Ever since I was born? But I've been growing without the thought of cutting it since the summer of 2008.

You feel the urge for change:Very infrequently.

Do you like shorter styles? Sure, and I've had them as well. They're very cute but I'm not the best at maintaining them.


What could be a reason for you to cut? If my hair becomes too time consuming to maintain.

And what reason do you have to keep it long? With the exception of the last ten years or so, my hair has always been long. This feels comfortable to me.

Starting Length?: Actually I have no idea, because I deceided to grow my hair long when I was in kindergarten. ^^ I think back then I didn't have much hair at all.

Only when I'm completely desperate about my dry ends.

No, not really. At least not for me.

I just love long hair. And I think I would see a stranger in the mirror if I cut my hair. It really is a part of me, like my nose or eyes or something. At least since elementary school when it finally started to grow really long.

Really started in.. 2006, so about 2.5 years. I've always wanted long hair before, but I just didn't have the knowledge to grow nice hair...

Only if I just can't bun my hair properly.

There are a lot of beautiful short-hair-stylies, yes.

What could be a reason for you to cut?
Too much hairloss from shedding

With short hair, I have some ringlets and a bit of straight hair, so it never looks good, until I either comb it straight or I curl it... which is just too much for a lazy person like me. Also, I just hate it if I have the hair in my face, with short hair you can't just put it back. Also, I think it just looks nicer.

Yes, some are cute, but again, I would have no idea what to do with one.

Sick of dealing with it, or wanting a big change. I doubt this will happen, but you never know.

I have always had it long, so it is just who I am.

Bottom Line:
I said forever, but I can't really know. I just honesty don't understand "hairstyles" the though blows my mind. I have always had long simple hair. The biggest changes I have made in my life were adding face framing pieces, and henna. The henna was only after about two years of thinking about it. If my hair had stayed as blonde as it was in my younger days, I never would have changed it. I was just responding to a natural change I didn't like.

Sometimes I think of the whole wanting to wear it down debacle, but I have grown so used to wearing it up, that it would drive me insane having it down, at any length.

So, while I hate to say forever, I just have a hard time seeing myself cutting any sorter than waist. But you never know...

Goal Length?: I don't know yet. I might let it go to terminal, but it all depends what the ends are like. I may stop at tail bone or classic.

I've never had a short haircut, just chopped off the tatty ends a couple of times a year. I was never too careful with my hair, so it was never any longer than bsl. I started to really try and care for it better and increase the length 1 year ago.

If I started to go bald!

I just like it. It is me.

Bottom Line:
I have totally committed to long hair now. The age at which I would have changed my mind about it has passed. I'm looking forward to being a long, whitehaired old lady!

No, not really. My longer hair is a change from the normal.

It's different and I'm finding that I like it better long than short. Also, I don't have anybody begging me anymore to grow it out long.
