Hmmm...Im not so sure I wanna claim to feel more "beautiful" with my hair down...but I will say that I do feel as if it compliments my facial appearance better.
Im too goofy to be beautiful...
I feel more beautiful with it up
I don't feel a difference
I feel more beautiful with it down
I don't feel a difference; my hair si just one factor in how I feel about my looks.
Also, even if I feel more beautiful with it down at the start of the night, I certainly won't feel that by the end

Everyday a Renegray(dont let the photo fool ya)
Definitely with it down. When it's flowing free, I feel free, and like myself.
When it's up, because I have such a youthful face, I feel I just look like a little child.

I feel more beautiful with my hair loose hands, er, I mean hair down! (Sorry for the bad pun, I couldn't resist!) There's just something so feminine and magical about having my full mane of hair flowing down my back and I imagine that my DBF couldn't agree more.
ETA: And no, I'm not implying that short hair is not feminine. There are a lot of very feminine styles out there that are short, too (I just don't feel like they suit ME, lol).

Up=Princess Hair
Down=Sexy Hair
Both feel beautiful in different ways.

I answered down. I wear my hair up 99% of the time, so I just realized that I only feel pretty 1% of the time!
I definitely feel prettier with it down.

I'm at a length where I can't help but wear it down unless I want to look like pebbles from the Flintstones.
I feel better with my hair up, only because it's not quite where I want it to be when it's down.
One of my curly hair idols!
I don't feel a difference in beauty. I do feel more annoyed when it's down (rarely) because it gets in the way and in my face.
