It's freezing over here all of a sudden, too! I love those headbands. They keep my ears warm...maybe I should try making one myself...thank you for the idea

I love the style of the month Oh My Gosh! I haven't checked it for this month because the week's been crazy busy *scurries off*...can you believe I typed all this (below) before I realized this?!

I think that's a cool idea for sheds! I haves some sheds saved. I wanted something so I could have cool Edwardian hair like you do, but it got easier to toss sheds in the garbage can and I still don't have enough.

Sometimes your hair seems to defy gravity! How does it stay up like that but look so neat and tidy? That's amazing what you can do with a Flexi! I need to try harder, I think *grin* My Flexis like to be crooked because I'm an angled hairstick person.

Today I'm wearing a Nessa bun because a Pha bun with a hair comma is too much thinking for this week (reverse, flip, blah, blah, blah).

Lol, you’re right Aithne… it DOES defy gravity and it’s called texture spray by Quai…I get it at Sephora. Makes my hair more “stiff” but not in a yucky hairspray kind of way.

Now if I’m going out and it’s super windy, I will sometimes claw clip the undersides of my top and bottom loops to secure them to my head better (or use an oversized bobby pin in behind each loop)… but indoors, it’s not necessary. The bobbies or clips stay hidden under the top hair when and if I use them.

Yes, for sure experiment with your flexies and think outside the box, so to speak. When I have an extra hour here and there, I like to tinker around in the mirror experimenting and creating various flexi up-dos. I also watch youtube videos to get ideas. Have fun!
