Adding msm/ biotin powder to scalp treatments/shampoo experiment!

I'm not sure how much it actually helps but every once in a while I do break open a capsule and put it in a handful of shampoo. I've also read to crush up prenatal vitamins and mix it in your shampoo. The one I have noticed helps is breaking open a capsule of EPO and combing it through my hair after it dries and rub some on my face too

I think that should be 3 grams = 3000 mg not mcg
