Inside, it takes about 3-4 hour maybe more. I am an 2c and i do not comb my hear more than in the shower with conditioner in it. If I brusch or comb after or dry it gets frizzy and looks like a mess.

Since I pretty much never have the leisure to just sit with my hair free until it is completely dry, I'm not certain about the true length of time, but I voted for more than 3 hours because I certainly don't think it's ever taken less. I usually end up washing it before I got to bed, but even if I have 2 hours between washing it and getting into bed, it's definitely still damp, and as another person said further up, if I bun it when it's still damp, it's still not dry when I take it down many hours later.
FOREVER.
I've never timed it to the hour, but definitely more than 3 hours. Most times, it's still damp 12 hours later.
More than three hours. Depending on the level of humidity outside, it can take close to six hours, even though my hair is rather fine.

Three or more is usual, even when my hair is shoulder length. If I comb it out it helps some. If I wash at night it is still only halfway dry in the morning.
Sometimes in my car I'll turn the vents so they face my hair and blow some gentle warm/cool air as I drive...that helps some.
I used to freak out about going to work with damp ends but as my hair gets longer the only way to avoid it is washing immediately after I get home from work, which is the about the last time I want to do it. At least I don't have to wash every day...
That's the thing about fine hair, it dries very quickly Too bad it's so flat.
I saw this thread last night and decided to wash my hair and time it. I knew it takes FOREVER to dry, but wasn't sure how long.
I washed at 5pm and there were still a couple of damp spots 4.5 hours later at 9:30. I was outside in the wind for a while during that time, and when I was indoors the air conditioner was on.
It takes mine about three hours.
A very merry unbirthday to you~!
Mine takes 2-3 hours usually. Aggravates the heck out of me, since I have to really plan my time backwards if I want to wear my hair loose or in a half-up, with hopes of decent curls.
