I seem to shed more in the fall to winter period also, and that seems backwards. It's getting colder. I need MORE hair! Maybe I should wear a heat cap all the time to trick my hair into not shedding.

I don't notice a difference. Shedding seems more influenced by my routine rather than season.

All my sheds have followed periods of illness. I don't seem to have seasonal sheds.

I shed more when the seasons turn. I notice it most when it turns autumn, but also when spring is around the corner. It’s not a lot more, but I notice it twice a year without fail. Seasonal shedding!
