Natural yoghurt with walnuts, grapes and dates, ham with grapes and mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, peanuts), homemade egg fried rice, chinese chicken curry and satay, clementine, +10g marine collagen and supplements![]()
Started the day with oatmeal and 2 fried eggs, lots of water, chaga tea, vitamins, and now saving my appetite for a big turkey dinner with all the traditional sides and desserts for Thanksgiving. I’ll be focusing on the turkey and veggies! I also got a wedge of brie for appetizer, pretty sure the hair gods will reward me.![]()

Cucumber. Or actually I ate it to support my diet, but I found out it's rich in nutrients and contains for example silica and biotin. Maybe I could start to eat one cucumber daily...
