Amla, spinach, banana, kiwi, peanut powder all in one smoothie. I think I'll have French omelette for dinner, I don't know yet.

Started the day with oatmeal and 2 fried eggs, lots of water, chaga tea, vitamins, and now saving my appetite for a big turkey dinner with all the traditional sides and desserts for Thanksgiving. I’ll be focusing on the turkey and veggies! I also got a wedge of brie for appetizer, pretty sure the hair gods will reward me.

I love ashwagandha but it makes me very nervous lol. I ate a smoothie (I didn't feel like cooking) with spinach, peanut powder, banana, tangerines, apple and I had two eggs for dinner.

Cucumber. Or actually I ate it to support my diet, but I found out it's rich in nutrients and contains for example silica and biotin. Maybe I could start to eat one cucumber daily...
