Castor oil for hair growth?

I am currently using rosemary and castor oil twice a week (leave in before washing). I will update this post in a few months time. I am hoping to see new growth especially around my temples (I have experienced a bit of hair loss there due to stress).

Oh no – what happened with olive oil?

I just got it too much on my scalp and olive oil gives me nasty shedding. Even without any massaging. Feels like I shouldn't even mix it into my shampoo... which is blah because for my lengths olive oil is great.
