Since I haven't seen this posted yet, here's a pattern for knitted curlers that look pretty cool. I keep meaning to try it out. Maybe for a gift for someone.

I have a bunch of pink and purple clips i bought at sally's that are smooth and coated. I take sections of damp hair and twist, then roll it up into an "o" ring shape then pin it down. When dry and taken down, it gives excellent wavy curls and body.

Celebrating 15 years on LHC on 2/25/21!
I have pillow rollers in right now. First time using them. I'm hoping for some nice curls in the morning
I use the caruso rollers, and love them. They don't seem to be too damaging either.

I used to be big into rag curls. My hair would wrap around itself and get all tangled. I couldn't get the rag out. Sponge rollers were slightly better. So, I ended up ripping the rag or curler out of my hair. And then my hair would get all knotted from wearing it down while it was curly. I had quite a bit of breakage.
I think if you are careful when wrapping curlers, unwrapping curlers, and detangling, it should not be damaging. I was just impatient.
I have enough posts for a siggy!
