Once a day.
Twice a day.
Three times a day
As often as I'm near a hairbrush..
Never.
Once or twice a day.
My hair is dry and wavy and I`m afraid to damage.
No trimming since April 23, 2010

twice a day, unless I french braid it in the morning.
I do think it is important to use the right brush though.
I have a Tangle Teezer and a Tek brush.

Hip length expected in January 2016.
I'm a hairbrushing addict...I love when my hair get all shiny and smooth after I brush. I brush my hair with my BBB twice in the morning, in school and when I get home and in the evening You think that's too much?
I used to brush twice a day for years, morning and evening when switching from nightbraid to day-wear and vice versa. I did it to distribute sebum and because anything would be more gentle than the ball-tip I used to rip through my hair before
However I noticed that there's just no way that the BBB could distribute the sebum all the way down to the tips. It worked fine down to about hip but not further. Using some additional oil on my hands to oil the tips distributes well enough for me, so I didn't really need the brush for that purpose.
And in addition I noticed that after about 3 years of use my brush lost bristles, they broke off some millimeters after leaving the drilled holes in the brush body. If not even boar bristles survived the brushing more than 3 years, what may the friction do to the oldest parts of my hair?
So I decided to see if a comb works for me and it does, so I gave up brushing.
Only thing I sometimes miss is the gentle scalp massage the BBB gave me. So on occasion I just use it for that purpose without going through all the length, but I guess that doesn't really count as brushing.
I am so in love with my Body Shop wood quill brush that I brush my hair with that thing every time I see it. It makes my head sooooo happy!

Twice a day usually. I have to brush atleast once a day, otherwise I get tangles which seems to be doing major damage to my ends.
My hair just gets kind of "bleh" if it goes too long without brushing. It's not tangled or anything, it just isn't all smooth and glossy. I put as often as I'm near a hairbrush!
Curious to know about Islam? Let me know!
:shoulder::brastrap::midback::waist::hip::bcl::tailbone::classic:: thigh!
Hardly ever, I use a comb.
I'll use my Tangle Teezer every few days, though.
My BBB gets used occasionally for a scalp massage. I can't use it to distribute sebum as my fine hair then just clumps in a really bad way.

I chose three times a day, but usually I brush it whenever I style it (once in the morning, once when it falls apart and I have to redo it, once when I braid it before bed).
