    I received the invalid file message. I uploaded a new siggy picture, but when I tried to upload the same picture into my album I got the "invalid file" message - - so it had apparently had nothing to do with the file size and/or dimensions.
    I should have never cut my hair! Growing again.

    More accurately, this appears at the top of the transitioning "pictures uploaded successfully / click here if your browser does not automatically redirect you" page:

    Warning: fopen(/albumuserpics/111/111211.picture): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /includes/class_dm_picture.php on line 387.
