I’m 37 and prioritising hair health for probably the first time! I’m fortunate that my hair looks good when I don’t care for it but it could be so much better! I’ve had long hair for the majority of my life until I got bored of it and I’ve had several shorter cuts that I’ve occasionally grown out quite long over the past 15 years but I want to get my long hair back before I hit 40! My last disastrous haircut was the final straw and I’m committed to growing out my layers and having a nice blunt cut in the back!

I'm in my early 30s and while I've always wanted long hair, I've never made it a huge priority.
