I CO only and I try to do it twice a week only. I still need to play a little more with how much product and how much oiling I can do before it looks too greasy, like right now.

I voted for every other day, but sometimes it's every day if I exercise a lot or vigorously. That's regardless of the washing method. Sometimes I am on CO and sometimes I shampoo and condition.

I wash my hair once every two weeks or so, but I wet my hair and scalp, and condition almost every day.

I was mine about every 3 days other wise it gets too frizzy and the color fades.

I never washed my hair very often. My up-bringing didn't allow for it.
This may sounds really odd for some people, or like a depression era rant, but here it is: Five kids... two adults... low income... showers were on Wednesday and Sunday and the kids "shared" bath water in the order of oldest to youngest, adding water to re-heat was okay, but completely draining the tub and re-filling was more or less forbidden. I also hate getting water in my eyes, so, I didn't like to wash the front of my head. I do now, but back then I was completely neurotic about keeping water off my face.
Now I take baths, and stand up to shower off, and I do not "share" bath water ever, though I do shower generally 1.25 times more often than I wash my hair.

I voted every three days, but it's really twice a week - Tuesday and Saturday.
