I'm ordering the hibiscus powder tomorrow! If shipping is fast I'll try it out next weekend!!
hennalonghair that's exactly what I want. I've seen way too many awkward looking demarcation lines abruptly turning into salt & pepper grays.

I ordered thru Amazon. Seller is Denver Herb & Spice. Total with shipping was $8 for 8oz. I'm going to mix it with my leftover Rainbow henna Persian red. I like the deep color it gives (I use it because my local natural foods store carries it!) after this application it will probably be gone so I'll get the Henna Guys burgundy for the next go around.
I'll make sure I take some before and after pix. I don't have any really recent of my length in the sun so I'll have to take them. I'm excited to try it.
That's great Allie. We look forward to seeing your newly coloured hair.
Remember to strand test for colour cause that hibiscus stains quite well
Oh I will! I don't want too much of a good thing.... I've got a hairball the size of a baseball to test it on. I'm excited to try it.
I suppose that 8 oz will last a lifetime
I found the Light Mountain henna at Sprouts yesterday and caved on it. I applied it last night and here is the result.
The brand and shade I got. The ingredients are indigo and henna.
Here is the color of my hair before
I hope that the shade ends up more burgundy though.
One final picture for your viewing pleasure...
