Roscata I don't think it's APL quite yet but it's close; maybe in a few months! To me it looks like "can I call this APL?" length. But it doesn't matter much...It grows the same rate regardless of what length we call it

and your hair is lovely.

I just calculated from my grown out highlights my growth rate is 0.8" (2cms) a month... APL just seems even further away now.

The average is 0.5 a month, so don't feel bad about it. But there's some threads around for growth speed, such as diatomaceous earth, miconazole nitrate, castor oil...

That sounds great to me! Mine is chugging along steadily at 1/2" per month.

0.8" per month would be nice!

I'm only 0.6/month and APL is approaching! I'm about an inch to an inch and a half away. So just a few more months.

Given your growth rate, you'll probably catch up and pass me

I have a few bun waves, and its really full. So that takes up some of the length..

Princess T your hair is so pretty!

I love the color.

I'm sensing that my length perceptions are different from most for some reason...it was at this length that my own hair started to "look like shoulder length" to me. Someone told me it was past shoulder length but it still looked like shoulder length to me. I might not be the best one to ask because of that. It's definitely touching APL though. And your hair is lovely!!!

I think why whurlies give a off perception as well. There are some in my album that it definatly looks like APL or longer.. and others where it looks shoulder length... :/
