50+ and no grasys to be seen
Spotted my first grey at 16 and was horrified, but I'm 40 now and still only have a sprinkling of them, so I needn't have panicked.

Mid-forties.
19, I'm now 22 going on 23. Went from very damaged and heavily layeres BSL to past hips with a full hemline.
I noticed my first two white hairs a few months ago and I'm 22. They're short (3 to 4 cm) so they can't be much older than 5 months.
I wonder if it's because of stress - around that time I was worrying about my thesis.
The age I saw my first white hair was the only one missing from the poll
I'm 23 now and still the grays (well, more like snow whites) I've seen can be counted on one hand.
I found my first white hair at 16 I think, but I only had one at a time for years after that. I plucked them when I saw them until I noticed that I had a full strand striped with white last year (at 23). I figured I prefered white hair to a bald spot. I recently noticed a few white hairs that are longer than waist, so I obviously wasn't very good at finding them!
Had a sprinkling at 17, they started getting much more numerous in my late thirties, and now at 45 I am about 75% grey. I have stupid clumps of solid coloured dark brown still, which means I can't grow out and enjoy my silver.
I am really surprised how many people were quite young when they got gray hair. I always thought that I am one of the few under 30 with the first gray hairs - but I guess it is much easier to spot them on yourself than on others.
