As often happens when I start crafting, two became four. Only the green one has the stick attached, the rest I've pictured with the sticks I intend to wear them with.

I'm editing this to sort of explain what I mean by a Flexi clover (and to squee about my recent charity shop find!)

Below is an old belt buckle which I found today for £3 in the cancer care shop. As soon as I saw it I knew it would make a great hair slide or hair clover. Plus I am OBSESSED with peridot and citrine! (This is just glass, but who cares?! )

I had to bend the corners ("clover leaves") down a little to enable sticks to go through, and I can't imagine anything would fit but a Quattro flex stick - my VK Lovers Knot malachite is actually too thick!

However I think it works great with Quattros and so here it is with a pair of much-too-long Bronzeite flex sticks. (Bronzeite toppers out of shot, they're too long!)

Thanks! The little one has a four hole bead in the middle, the big one is an old brooch that I took the back off and converted into a four hole bead by supergluing four small rectangular beads to the back.

I wish there was a way to put a brooch holder in the center so one could swap out brooches. I have so many that I never wear except in my hair.

I reckon that'd be pretty easy to do.

This is a thought. Put some sort of smallish plain flat bead in the middle. Glue some of the fishtank tubing to the front of the flat bead. Switch brooches by putting the pin of the brooch through the tubing and closing the brooch.
Or else use a long narrow bead that had room both to run the wire through AND put a brooch pin through in the middle of the faux flexi.
Some experimentation will show what works.
