Do you like/love/hate washing your hair?

I love washing my hair! I find handling my hair under warm water so relaxing. My homemade shampoo and condish smell heavenly (ylang-ylang) and leave my hair feeling soft and full.
Plus, this is a special me-time during the week, usually followed by a deep treatment under my heating cap. Bliss!

Mixed feelings.

Pro: Because I always feel cleaner, fresher, get to do a conditioning treatment, and my fiance usually will massage my scalp for a while....LOVE.

con: It can get itchy after I wash it, I get major shed, I have color and it always seems to fade a little more with each wash, I hate getting my face wet, for some reason it always gets down my throat and up my nose. detanglingis easier now that I found my HG conditioners Redkin All soft for normal conditioning, and L'oreal Natures Miracle for DEEP conditioning. And Oyin Frank juice spray for touch ups because I have a dry scalp.

I only wash my hair max 2 times a week. I use diluted Paul Mitchell tea tree/Nizoral

I color with L'oreal Preference Mega Browns and Mega Reds one shade each mixed together with 20 lotion (minimal lift) so I try to not use styling products so I can get away with washing it less.

I feel quite neutral about washing my hair. I love clean hair and my hair seems to like being washed but I hate how long it takes to dry, especially in winter. I wash my hair every day/every other day because I have oily scalp which starts to smell pretty quickly. I use both sulfate and sulfate-free shampoos and CO wash every once in a while.

I freakin' HATE washing my hair........so i never do.....hahaha.

Im joking,... About never washing it that is. Not about disliking the process. I really dont enjoy the act of washing my hair. But I still do it for not only obvious reasons but also because I love the resulting effect.

But I will say this......I absolutely LOVE....the feeling of having my hair washed ...by someone else...

When I had hairloss i HATED it because hairloss was at it worst with washing and combing after washing...

I love how my hair is after washing, but I don't really like doing the washing. I don't hate it, but its a chore that takes up time!

I say I have a love hat thing with washing my hair. I love to do it on occasion when I actually have the time and can do a nice treatment. I hate it when I don't have time or get rushed when washing my hair. Especially when it comes time to dry, I hate sleeping with wet hair in the winter, but blowdrying at 11:30 at night is not fun either.

I hate washing my hair as it takes forever to dry and then it takes about 4 to 5 days to calm down and stop frizzing. This is why NW is my favourite routine. Sadly it is not always practical.

I like washing my hair because pre-washing I can test some new treatments (or do already tested ones) I also love the foam and the warm water on my head.

The only thing I don`t like is that it takes very long to dry.
