Oh, at the risk of posting too many times, I forgot to mention that the Lite Blonde Pearlized arrived with a flaw in the finish. I sent a pic to Ficcare and although they didn't answer my email right away, when I called a day or two later, they knew who I was right away and I was able to return the clip for an exchange (the new one's in the pictured group and is perfect). I think that even though the volume of sales has overwhelmed them and their response time isn't what we're used to with other online companies, when they get to your transaction, their customer service is terrific.
