So exciting I can’t wait for the moment I can feel my hair touch my bra strap . I thought it was at one point but clearly I was leaning as in my pics you can see there is a good couple of inches to go at least

Until I washed, at least . I think my sheds stick in my hair, about 60% of them when it's dirty. I wash my hair, and just... clumps it seems like was coming out. The hairball was maybe 1.5x the normal size? So not actually a ton, and my hair doesn't feel thin or anything. It was just funny to me! I think because my hair is dark it's more obvious, as well, so I don't really "miss" seeing them go into the drain.

Once my hair was dry, I was kinda surprised! I haven't had it down when I've been awake in like... a week and a half. So feeling it down half my back came out of the blue lol. I didn't measure, but I did go put on my bra and look too see how far I was . Brushing the top, wavy! A bit over if I stretch it, which I knew already. More and more of my back is disappearing behind my hair!

    Estrid, your hair looks amazing!!

Corvana, that is one of my favorite feelings. I love wearing my hair up for a really long time, and then letting it down and seeing the growth. Congrats on BSL, or close to it anyway

Been struggling with my curls lately. Finally have been able to find a better routine. So much shrinkage though! Would you believe if I said I'm getting very close to BSL when straight?

Why does everyone in this thread have hair that looks fit for tv commercials
I feel really out of place !!! Lol
Gorgeous curls and I definitely believe that when you pull them straight they would reach BSL
    so pretty!!

Thanks fhairyqueen! This isn't how my hair typically looks, I almost cut it off because I was so frustrated! I've been wishing for straight hair lately haha.

Thanks! It's just upper BSL, so not time to call yet. I could, technically, but naaaaaaah. I'm aiming for mid-BSL!

Your curls are so gorgeous. I know that shrinkage is a super big pain! Are you planning on calling stretched or curly? Or both?

Pfffff. I only post pictures of my hair when it looks really nice, so there's definitely bias! And your hair is lovely, too!

I know it’s a bit early for me to worry about measuring this milestone but how do we track BSL?
I threw away my bra that I took my last length shot in then realised my new bra might not sit exactly the same as the band width and shape might be different

Wherever you want, honestly. You could call top, mid or bottom (I think bottom is most common, especially for those with a long torso). And a couple pages back I mentioned putting a string around under the breasts/pectorals (carefully kept straight) as a way to have a marker when one doesn't wear a bra at all.

I've been without internet for a it, so long time no see! I think I might have made it to BSL? It doesn't feel solid or look as long as I'd hoped but I think I can probably call it!

I think I will kind of call it at the top , but stay here and officially call it at the bottom . As my distance to the top of my bra strap isn’t that far as I’m quite short
