aarrrr, sticks to your hand...I don't get that feeling when I put it. Why I like it, is because it doesn't look greasy. I hate the greasy look.

Yes she's a curly head. Very curly, like ringlets. I am of a mixed racial background and my hubby is african american. So hence the hair Actually do you mean comb like as in I'm using a comb. No I meant brushing it out, not literrally combing it. My fave brushes are Jean Pierre brushes. They are prefect for our hair. Love them.

Well, mine isn't pure, it has another oil mixed in and fragrance. The pure stuff costs big $$ and I'm content with the coconut oil (which doesn't make my hair look greasy even when I literally scoop teaspoons of it and put in my hair).

I guess you know what you're doing Some people are absolutely clueless about curly hair or how to take care of it, and I was one of them not too long ago

Soft hair that is nice to sit on - now I'm bragging!

I agree argan oil is really way expensive. If coconut oil is doing its job for you, then that's perfect!

My sister does hair better then I do, as far as curly hair goes. She's got a big thick, tight curly doo. Can barely tell she's mixed.

That's what makes the forums so amazing. It's an open spot where we can learn, and also not be judged. Well at least we hope not to be. I think this forum is pretty good. A lot of helpful people.

nature and it's beauty makes me a fuffy inside (i'm a hippy at heart really)

sorry , what was that? ah mornings isn't my strong point..........

hair is such a chameleon at the moment. bright and gleamy one moment when the suns low and dark and mysterious the next , can be very confusing if you used to a dark shade of brown which doesn't change colour.

Hehe true. Apparently my RED hair only shows in the bathroom, and in the mirror of my room it's utterly brown. No worries, getting that Vampire Red tomorrow
