Currently BSL in the back when stretched, and a couple inches shy of BSL in the front. Very basic 3a. No cones. No heat styling.
My hair FINALLY overlapped BSL in its longest ends, so I think its safe to join this threadMy hair is 27", but waist for me is just over 30 inches. Its very exciting inching closer..but I have fairytale ends and wish all of my hair reached 27", but It'll be long enough in the future for me to cut to blunt

Thank you Deimos, Monsterkitti, and Ryanne!
All I have to say is... It's about time!I'm very happy about hitting the solid BSL mark.
It's been a long two years of growing out a horrible hair cut/butcher job. I am very happy with my hair! Anything after bsl is like cherries on sundaes to me!

After trimming....ok, I guess it qualified as a cut....the end of last year, to APL at best, I am back at BSL. I haven't measured in a while....and need to take a picture, but am waiting until the first of September. When I couldn't do much with it....I strayed from the boards, and quit obsessing for a while. Now I need to get a couple more posts under my belt to be able to show pictures!
Whoo! My hair is an inch past my bra strap![]()
I think I'm officially at waist, a little past actually, even while curly. It's sort of sad in a way, it still doesn't feel long.

I finally crossed 30" this month so -I can't believe it- my longest layer is waist length wet. I get about 2" of curl shrinkage so it's looking like I'll reach waist curly in December. I've been doing twice-a-year trims that set me back 2" each time. On that schedule, I'd be trimming again in September, but I think my ends are in better shape this time around so I'm planning to skip this one and trim again next March.
