That first link to the floor length blonde wig that Atlantaz3 provided can be cut to ankle and custom colored with RIT clothing dye easily. Just add some fabric softener liquid in the hot water to dye it and it should stay untangled.

www.plastikhaar.com has what you want, but you might have to custom order it and the quality is really high, so you have to pay for it.

You can also just get the loose hair and extention it in, among other things. If that's what you really, really want- a professional quality blue loooong wig- that's the best place I know of to get one.

If you go to youtube and look up how to wear wigs, there's a fab video showing you how to put one on with wig tape so it will stay on for three days, even if you go swimming or make love. Cool stuff!

Kanekalon takes color VERY well if you follow the directions. It should color as indicated on the box. If you want it pastel, just make the solution more dilute than indicated. But be sure to add a few spoonfuls of liquid fabric softener to your dyeing basin to keep the hairs from tangling.
