Question Are shampoo bars better than herbal shampoo?

That's my question for all of you. I have been using an all natural shampoo for the last couple years, and it seems to be working well for me, but I wonder if the shampoo bars that some of you have been mentioning are better..?
What is your opinion of this?

How does an herbal shampoo or other shampoos differ for you from a shampoo bar and what experiences have you had with this?

    Thanks so much!

The only herbal shampoo Ive used is from GothRosary.com. Everyone here has heard me rave about this stuff. It makes my hair soft, managable, shiny, and it smells GREAT.

The only thing I have noticed about shampoo bars that would be an advantage over the GR stuff is body. My updos look so much thicker and fuller when I wash with a poo bar. Some of them may also be better if you have dry hair, but it depends on the hair.

If youre happy with the herbal poo you use, I would say dont mess wiht it. Poo bars can be frustrating to some people (like me!) and it takes a bit of getting used to. But if you need more body and are into experimenting, by all means!

Poo bars almost ruined my hair. "Better" isn't really an appropriate word to use to describe them. Other people have phenomenal success with poo bars, but it's a huge YMMV issue.
