A sleeping braid.
Earlier a cinnabun, for ease and speed, later a braid for a nap, and finally covered with a headscarf post nap so I didn't have to deal with the wildness

A nice bun makes the day.
Still a sleeping braid, though will switch to a bun.

Like I thought I would, I did put it up in a bun before heading to work.

Loose English braid over the left shoulder. I'll probably have to redo it after lunch, but since I blow-dried on last night (got busy and showered too late to air dry), it's smoother and doesn't pop out of the braid as much as when it's in wurly mode. When it's in a braid during wurly mode, I have to redo it like four times while I'm at work because of all the pieces that start to stick out, even when it's not that loose, hahaha.

A dutch braid.
Edit:
And now I've used that braid to make a low braided bun, held in place with a green scrunchie I bought last year (in Stockholm, I think?).
Don't remember what city I was in when I bought it, and it doesn't really matter.
