I think I've just reached the point where it has ceased to be a 'sandwich' and become a salad with some bread .

Banana pancakes! For those who haven't had it, you make a batter with a mashed banana, two eggs, bit of cinnamon, then pan fry like a normal pancake and add greek yogurt as a topping. So good!
My partner got put on a medical diet for his heart that I'm able to follow with modifications, so I've been treated to all of of the high-protein dishes he's been making and I think my hair will thank me. I don't think I get enough protein otherwise.
I've also been taking supplements like B Complex and Fish Oil in solidarity, so I wonder how those will affect me.

Turkey sausage and white cheddar egg bites, protein bar, salad with roasted chicken, walnuts, and dried blueberries, chicken tikka with rice, and a handful of fresh blueberries. About 2L of water throughout the day, and two coffees. I need to take my vitamins, and then it will have been a pretty good day, nutrition-wise.

Salad: Cabbage, carrot, apple, baby beetroots, roast beef and smoky dressing.
Strawberry flavoured Greek yoghurt.
Loads of roasted mixed nuts. I might need to go back to buying individual serving sized bags of roast nuts, it seems I cannot be trusted with the bigger bags.
Kelp's protein Banana Pancakes (post #3005), again! Man, those things are good!
