These are the two worst offenders. Pic on the left is two long strands that had bound themselves inextricably together. Scissors were the only solution. I had to cut on both sides to release it

I finally managed to snap a picture of one of my split ends!
And broken at four places at that!
Like I wrote on my instagram, it feels like hitting the jackpot.
Edit: Sorry about the gigantic picture.
Couldn’t get it to work at a smaller image.
