Three years when I was growing it back from losing it to chemo. I usually get a trim in between six months and a year and a half.

Once went aboout 4 years without a trim. Nowadays, I trim whenever I feel like it.

It's been 6 months so far. I don't plan on getting any trims for some time more. Unless something major happens...God forbid. So far so good. I currently have U shaped cut with layers at the end. Probably for my next trim I won't ask for new layers. But that kinda depends on how I feel with my ends. If they get too thin for my liking, I'll go with a blunt cut. My hair's never been this long so I really don't know what to expect.

I'm coming up on 3 years without a trim; the last time was my "big chop," so to speak, when I cut back to chin length. Hoping to extend time between trims even further, as my ends are still pretty good (yay updos!!), but we'll see what happens

I voted 2-4 months. I was getting trims every two months. Now that I'm letting it grow, I won't be going that often!

I voted 2-3 years, I have trimmed very infrequently ever since I was a young teenager minus the random chop or trim.
