    Default Recommendations for fine hair

Hi im looking for a leave in after washing my hair.
I have fine hair but medium density, I use ouai at the moment but after using it my hair is feeling coated.
What do you all use after your wash?
    Thank you

I don't use a ton of products, but after I shower I've been using the L/C/O method with shea butter (just a smidge!) and then 2 drops of coconut oil on each half of my hair (length only). It's a fine line for me. Sometimes I only need 1 drop on each side. My hair type is similar to yours but not as thick. I have low porosity hair and my ends tend to dry out easily.

Is it just natural Shea butter you use or a certain one?

Shea Moisture is the brand I have, "100% Raw Shea Butter". I just rub my hands together to warm a very tiny bit and then lightly run them through the length and ends, same with the oil. Then I brush with a TT to spread it more evenly.

My hair is fine but not super fine. I find it does well if I add a bit of conditioner to my length right before I get out of the shower and only very lightly rinse it before getting out so that it stays in my hair. It’s worked better for me than any leave in. I started adding a bit of oil with the conditioner too and it doesn’t make my hair weighed down or oily.

It's a 10 or the Sally Beauty GVP version (which really is identical) I've used one or the other for at least 15 years, probably more. I'm at waist, virgin silver/white hair and fine as a baby's but thick. I use 10 pumps of the It's a 10 but you'd want to start smaller.
