Adding to frozen/defrosted henna
A few weeks ago I made up a large batch of henna and stored it in the freezer
I realised I made a mistake (I forgot to add hibiscus powder to the mix)
Can I mix hibiscus with water to make a paste, defrost the henna and once defrosted mix the henna and hibiscus?
Or would it be better to just get more henna and make a fresh batch?
I know this is probably a stupid question but just want to make sure I'm not wasting any product

Thank you Nightshade. I'd asked somewhere else but was told that the dye effect wouldn't work. I've added hibiscus as well as manjistha to henna in the past but that was all at the same time, henna powder, hibiscus and manjistha powder mixed with hibiscus tea and left to dye release for 10-12 hours.
I've never added hibiscus to defrosted henna so was unsure if it would work and did want to waste any herbs
