    I've been doing a cold water rinse every time I wash my hair for a while now (having a removable shower head certainly helps, haha). I can never tell if it actually helps my hair, but I think my scalp definitely benefits from it.

    Yes, my hair feels smoother when I do a cold rinse, not to mention it's comfortable for my scalp (it relaxes me).
    I really should do cold rinses more often, but I just can't be bothered with filling up the bowl for my hair to soak in.
