I am joining this thread. I had hip length hair until May when I cut it just above shoulder length due to protein overload/being fried from too much henna use. I have a bit of it still on my ends but got most of the damage cut out. I have stopped all henna and indigo at this time.

My end goal is to be back at hip, but healthy this time. My hair is quite wavy/curly so the growth seems to take forever but I am hoping to be back at hip by the end of 2026.

I'm currently in this space. I'm closer to APL than shoulder. Im happily here because around APL is one of my favourite lengths.

I'm at 54,5 cm/21.5 inch now. If all goes like it should, I'd reach APL in 3 months.

I’m joining this thread. My hair is shoulder length at the moment and the next goal would be APL. Thinking about not trimming for a year, if my hair stays in good enough condition.

I'm currently at this stage.

My hair was collarbone lenght at 35cm, currently it's at 41cm and it will reach APL at 47cm. Estimating roughly 1cm of growth per month, expecting APL in early July of 2024.

I am suprisingly close to it. Though I probably won't make it to APL by christmas Maybe by the end of January.
