Congrats on making it to shoulder Bat! I know I always say this, but wow your hair grows so fast! Welcome!

Oxalis, your hair is looking so pretty! And long!

I took some pictures for my birthday and I was shocked to see that my hair is now collarbone length for sure. Yay! I haven't taken a length picture though... I will in May I think. Im happy with how it looks though, this is one of my favorite lengths.

Hi everyone! I think this is where I belong—the way my hair likes to curl at the ends makes it hard to tell if I'm quiiiite at shoulder length, but I'm going to call it so I don't have to switch threads in a month. It's long enough that I tried my very first braid this week (I'm new to not having pixies) and turned out long + smooth enough that my family thought my sister did it for me

Speaking of, does anyone have hairstyle recs? I've been wearing ponytails every day since my hair was long enough for them to keep it out of my face, and I'd love some variation but I'm having trouble finding styles that don't require just a few more inches than I have to work with. Is it even possible to do anything else at this length?

Wait, sorry, I should clarify. I'm looking for beginner styles! The braid I did this week was a small accent braid over the rest of my hair, and I've tried French braids but so far I'm hopeless at them. I would love recommendations/advice/tutorials for styles that don't require a lot of arm strength and dexterity. I still have to work my way up to the cool stuff

It looks fast but it's about average, congrats on solid cbl!

It looks beautiful and thick and healthy! Have you been doing anything to help it grow that you can pass on?
Love the tattoos and blouse too!

    Thankyou so much!
So I Co-Wash with Avocado from Lush, then I use Curl Power from Lush after washing it. Other than that I leave it alone, and stretch washes to once a week. I mostly wear my hair down but i do use a silk pillowcase to minimise breakage I dont use any heat or dyes, and I try to eat a protein rich diet (avocado, eggs, nuts etc) xxx

Congrats! I had some doubts about my own hair but I'm more comfortable calling shoulder for real
