hurrah for fresh trims, feels so good, it's why I feel no trim challenges are really pointless for me every 3 months seems to be my I need a trim stage
Trimmed yesterday to even up my hemline a bit! Every hair is now Around shoulder length. My first trim in 10 months!!
All of you talking about trims is making me question my whole no trimming until january challenge
I'm getting a little annoyed by my ends. My layers are all poofy and it just doesn't look good when I wear my hair down. I would like to get to APL before evening up my hemline a little. It's finally long enough to make buns and braids again, and I don't really wear my hair down that often anyway... To actually get rid of all the fuzzy layers I would have to cut back to almost shoulder again, which is definitely not an option.
Perhaps I just need to start another wear-it up challenge and keep it up for the next 2.5 months...

Hm, sounds like you want to trim because you are a bit frustrated with how it looks. That feeling is what kept me in the Super Shorties thread for ages. So if you can ignore the urge to cut without risking the health of your hair, I would encourage you to do that.
Maybe wearing it up is a better option (incidentally, I have recently joined that challenge too)
Shave (23.01.2021) Neck Length (23.03.2022)
You are right. I'll probably become stuck at this length for a long time if I start trimming now. Just need to stick with it and grow it out first. My ends are uneven, but not very damaged. So they should be able to last a little longer without a trim.
I may join you somewhere in the next few days. Practicing new hairstyles and just putting it up and forgetting about my ends, will probably help to wait it out.

It is not long now really. Under 3 months you got this!
